Venan A. Sondo

MD & Co-Founder


A Sustainability Expert with over 18 years of experience in managing environmental impacts and integrating Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) Factors in traditional business environments. He is a Senior Sustainable Business Consulting Professional and a Chartered Environmentalist with the UK Society for Environment. He holds a BSc in Environmental and Resource Management from the Brandenburg University of Science & Technology in Germany, and an MSc (with Distinction) from the Oxford Brookes University in the UK in Environmental Assessment & Management.

Venan focuses on helping organisations realise value through embracing clean technology an eco-innovation. Over the years he has worked with regulators, NGOs and private sector, advising on ESG and policy interventions. He was instrumental in designing the Sustainable Banking Principles in Ghana in close collaboration with the financial sector led by the Bank of Ghana. He currently drives special projects in CHAiNT AFRIQUE ACADEMY. Projects include advise to Diageo Africa on EPR positions across 5 African territories, consulting for Nespresso Ghana, NetCYCLE Ghana with a focus on collection of ghost gear in particular discarded fishnets across Lake Volta and the Coast of Ghana, Circular Economy Advisor to Carbon AV, and is currently part of a team developing the Circular Economy Roadmap & Action Plan for Ghana in collaboration with ACEN Foundation & Trinomics.

Evelyn Agyekum

Co-Founder & Senior Sustainability Associate


Senior Sustainability Executive, with experience in qualitative and quantitative research, data analysis, modelling, energy systems, and sustainability trends. Evelyn is co-Founder of CHAINT AFRIQUE and rives sustainability consulting engagements and governance related initiatives.

Joshua Odoi

I.T & Technology


Certified software engineer specializing in building (and occasionally designing) exceptional digital experiences and products. Currently, focused on building accessible, human-centered and innovative products for the sustainability and academic sector. Joshua has keen interest in building and deploying management systems for SME's to improve efficiency in their various processes. Joshua drives digital, software and network initiatives of CHAiNT AFRIQUE with flagship products including EazyCard and Smartlicks to be unveiled soon as part of CHAINTs solution set for circular economy engagement with households, communities and businesses.

Miracle Naza Agbata

Circular Economy Projects Manager


Miracle Naza Agbata holds a degree in mass communication studies with specialization in Public Relations from the Ghana Institute of Journalism. With certification and training in project management, digital marketing and communications. She has years of experience working in the environmental sustainability space from working with Coliba Recycling where she helped rake in $62,000 from corporates in CSR projects and an in-depth understanding of community engagement working with women waste pickers across the plastic value chain. Miracle moved to working with an entrepreneurship support organization briefly and is now the circular economy projects manager at Chaint Afrique. Her core skills include Public Relations, Corporate Communications, Social Media Management, Project Management, Strategic Partnerships & Stakeholder Engagement, Reporting, Excellent Public Speaking, An understanding of Marketing and Sales and a Knack for Teamwork.

Dr. Elias T Ayuk

Advisor


Elias Ayuk is the former Director of the UN University Institute for Natural Resources in Africa. He has worked for over 25 years at senior positions in the United Nations. He has published widely on the social, economic and policy dimensions of natural resource management, on poverty analysis and institutional capacity building. He provides strategic advice to CHAiNT AFRIQUE and sits on the governance board steering circular economy interventions.

Alex S. Kwame

Logistics and Delivery Manager


Alex comes with over 18years of experience in the Business world, Freight, Logistics and Shipping operations with a wide range of transportation experience including Air, Road and Sea. He has served in various roles and industries including working with manufactures, mining and precious metals, energy, Customs and security as well as key roles within the US Embassy to handle Logistics services to/from the North American market and around the world. He holds a Bachelor's in Business Administration through the Open University of Malaysia, He is currently the Logistics Manager directing Logistics actions for CHAINT AFRIQUE and the General Manager for NetCycle projects and its Sustainable and Circular Economy activities.

Caroline Enyonam Kpogo

Circular Economy Marketing Officer


A creative and result-driven Marketing and Communications Specialist with a strong understanding of design, software engineering and performance indication. An enthusiastic team player adept at cross-functional team coordination, communication, requirement gathering and research, with demonstrated ability to solve complex problems by employing negotiation, user-centered approaches and iterations. A trained environmentalist and avid researcher with a passion for leveraging technology to solve critical environmental challenges.
